Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! We try to always keep our international costs as cheap as possible for our customers. Please note that all international orders are mailed USPS "First Class Mail". The United States Post Office (USPS) provides Chugcore with a tracking number. Information for the tracking number is only available to us when the package is in the United States. 

When the package leaves the United States then we have no further tracking the package during its transit through your country to you. In the event that a package is not received by the customer, USPS has informed us that the local post office at the destination point should be contacted.

Upgrades to "Priority Mail Service" can be done but the cost to ship is about double the first class rate which is quoted when you place any order in our store. USPS ensures tracking for this type of service all the way to the destination point. Please email us for a price quote for this service at [email protected]


Shipping disclaimer:

Chugcore takes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Once the package leaves the hands of our staff it is the responsibility of the shipping service to properly deliver your package in the same condition it left us. We cannot assume responsibility for replacement packages for orders that have been lost or damaged by the shipping service.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship orders almost every single day of the business week and even on some Saturdays to ensure your order gets to you as promptly as possible. We always ship all orders as quickly as possible if all of your items in your order are in stock.

Once shipped most domestic orders usually take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks, and due to international customs occasionally can be delayed longer. 

However, please note, when ordering a pre-order item, your entire order will not be shipped until all items purchased in that order have arrived, even if some of the other items are in stock. If you are wondering why your order has not been shipped it's likely because of a pre-order item purchased.


What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store management team directly (Chugcore) and not the band (Clawhammer) as this store is not managed by Clawhammer in any way.
